• 300 grams steak
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil
• 1 Onion , chopped
• 1 Red Chilli , chopped
• 1 Green Chilli , chopped
• 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
• 8 pieces of cheese
• 50 grams grated mozzarella
• 4 soft white sub rolls
• American mustard and ketchup, for serving

Philly Cheesesteak – Trim away and discard the long bits of fat running down the side of the steak. Cut each steak in half and place on a baking tray, then transfer to the freezer and freeze for 40 minutes.
