Empty the mixture from the blender and cook over medium heat for a few minutes, until it changes to a darker color.Add 5 cups of water, the carrot, chayote, cauliflower and broccoli. Cut the vegetables the same size so they are ready at the same time, check the video.Season to taste with salt and pepper.Bring to a boil over high heat. Once it boils, low to low heat, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes.Add the zucchini, cabbage, cover the wave and cook 5 to 7 minutes more or until the vegetables are soft or as you like.Serve to taste with lemon juice and a little coriander if you prefer.
