How I Improved My RAIDERS TEE DARREN WALLER DEPARTED MONDAY NIGHT WITH A HAMSTRING INJURY In One Day

The Las Vegas Raiders were without tight end Darren Waller for most of Monday night's 30-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Waller was out on Monday night with a hamstring injury after just six snaps against Kansas City.

He left the field early in the first half and returned to the band to open the second in street clothes.

Head coach Josh McDaniels told reporters at his postgame news conference that he doesn't think Waller's injury is "super important".

The former Pro Bowl player's night ended without a sack, without a goal, and those six snaps went five routes.

His final play was on a game of fourth and one in the first quarter, which resulted in a 58-yard touchdown pass from Derek Carr to Davante Adams.

On the eve of the 2022 season, Waller agreed to a three-year, $51 million extension.

Moving on to Monday, Waller had posted 16 receptions for 175 yards and a touchdown in four starts.
