In Mukhyamantri Parivarik Labh Yojana Bihar, the benefit of the scheme  will be payable in case of accidental death of a person of any age. For  this, the age of the deceased should be between 18 years to 60 years in a  criminal incident.

Submit the application form to the block office by filling the  application in duplicate in the prescribed form and affixing the  photograph at the prescribed place and attaching a copy of the death  certificate. Also, enter the bank account number (with IFS code) in the  application form, so that the amount can be DBT in your bank account.

– The sanctioning officer of this scheme is the sub-divisional officer. – In this, the amount of the grant is paid in the applicant’s bank  account / by the sub-divisional officer at the site of the incident.

For example, in case of the death of more than one member of the same  family in an accident, the grant will be admissible to all the deceased  including the deceased child. This benefit will not be payable in case  of suicide.

The same amount of 20,000 is given to the dependent of the deceased in  the National Family Benefit Scheme of the Government of India.

However, the benefit of this scheme is available only to the dependents  on the sudden death of the earning member. In addition, its condition is  that the name of the deceased must be in BPL and the age of the  deceased should be 18-65 years.
