To apply for this, the applicant must be a resident of India. – To  take advantage of this scheme, the age of applicant should be at least  18 years.To take advantage of this scheme, the applicant must have  passed at least 8th class.The benefits under this scheme will be given  only to those who are not taking advantage of any subsidy scheme  before.Under this scheme, priority will be given to people who have  received training from government institutions.
