Stephen 'Twitch' Boss Left Suicide Note Mentioning Past Challenges

Just days after the shocking death of Stephen "Twitch" Boss, more 

details have emerged about why the former "Ellen Show" DJ may have decided to end his life.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that a note was left at the scene of Boss's 

suicide and it vaguely alludes to challenges he's 

faced in the past. The site doesn't go into detail about what was actually said.

Investigators reportedly determined 

that the dancer took a carpool from her home to a 

motel near her home on Monday morning and 

turned her phone on airplane mode so that no one could reach or locate her .
