With this article, let’s get further information about ‘Asana’ and then ‘Vinyasa karma’. I am trying to cover Vinyasa Yoga Power or Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and Poses In Vinyasa Yoga. What is Asana!! A seated posture is considered Asana in yoga phraseology. But over the time, many standing postures have also been involved as Asanas, only if they satisfy certain standards – It should be steady and comfortable. What Is the Vinyasa Yoga? Vinyasa Yoga Power Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa karma is an art form of yoga practice. In ancient practice, several vinyasa yoga postures are done in sequence with controlled mind and breathing techniques. Vinyasa Yoga Flow In Vinyasa flow all the connected movements are done slowly, smoothly and with ujjayi (throat controlled) breathing. Each inhalation and exhalation are synchronized with the movements. Use of breath and mind’s focus on breath is centered on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra. Poses In Vinyasa Yoga There are more than thousand Vinyasa Yoga Pose (variations and movements) and around ten sequences are in trend, currently. Some of them are as follows: Standing Sequences - Hill Pose, Triangle Pose and One-legged balancing poses.Seated Sequences – Meditative poses, Vajrasana, and Classical Lotus-pose.Inverted Poses - Headstand and Handstand.Special Sequences - Sun Salutation etc. Poses In Vinyasa Yoga All these sequences make yoga a skillful art which can be mastered with practice.
